Electrodynamical Shaker Systems are used for the excitation of vibrations in a component during experimental modal analysis and vibration testing.

Additionaly, the are used for durability testing, when high frequencies are required.

Services:

DTSquare carries out shaker tests with up to 7000 N maximum load. Accelerations are possible up to 100g with a bandwidth of up to 10000 Hz depending on the mass of the specimen.

Usually shaker tests are controlled using an acceleration feedback loop. For special requirements we can also work with position, strain or force feedback.
