DTSquare develops and manufactures custumized facilities for measurement, static and dynamical testing. The customer gets a turn-key solution, including documentation and training of the operators.

Custom test-benches and sensor solutions are usually used for recurrent tests in the framework of product development and quality assurance. In this case, it is economic for the customer to carry out the tests in-house by own personnel.

A turn-key solution includes, beneath the mechanical construction, measurement and actuation electronics, control, user interface, data-acquisition system and software.

In the field of sensor technology, we realize custom force transducers based on strain gauges an piezceramics. Hereby, the spectrum ranges from simple uniaxial loads cells for laboratory applications up to 6-components sensors for wind tunnels.
