Lightweight constructions approach more an more the limits of static and dynamical material strength. Information about material properties is the basis for strength and durability calculations during product design. The test of prototypes and the qualification of the final products is done by means of durability tests in the lab. Hereby a compacted load sequence - based on measurements and representative for the loads occuring during operation - is applied continuously or cyclically. This sequence can be defined either as a power spectral density, a rainflow-matrix, a markov matrix or a time sequence. Exact reproduction of the loads on the test bench is ensured by intelligent adaptation algorithms.

DTSquare offers services for material and component testing. Depending on the requirements, we use servohydraulic test-benches or electrodynamical shakers. In particular cases, special actuation systems like piezoceramic actuators are used.
